I hope it was worth it
A couple months ago I wrote about drummer-extraordinaire Josh Freese’s plan to sell his CD and himself for upwards of $75,000. Let’s face it: the idea was pretty ridiculous, but who’s laughing now?
A fan actually paid $20,000 to travel to California and hang out with Freese, spend some quality time in a recording studio, and grab some of the drummer’s personal items from his closet. Freese has also found 25 people to pony up for meals with him ($250), and much more. For those of you in the Los Angeles area, there are still some other packages left.
